A naturalistic, and microbiological, body-oriented approach to healing trauma and other stress-related disorders; restoring the authentic self by learning the bodies story through the felt sense, self-regulation, and moving stored trauma fromm the nervous system. An approach that helps us remove obstacles being
held in our bodies to experience our wholeness, and aliveness.

  • SE is a body-oriented therapeutic model that helps heal trauma and other stress disorders through working with the nervous system.

  • SE was developed by Peter Levine, Ph.D.,. Dr Levine took his experiencing from the study of stress physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, indigenous healing practices, and medical biophysics, to build the Somatic Experiencing program with more than 45 years of successful clinical application.

  • You know the ins and outs of your mind and still feel stuck.
